So this is when I take the easy way out in the kitchen. 😋 I actually believe 100% that it is easier to eat healthy in the summer! Less cooking, a little prep and you have a quick lunch to grab and eat anytime! ☺😊😃
If you’re following the 21 Day Fix meal plan, use this recipe (measure out a red container of it) and pile it on some fresh baby spinach (a green container) or put it on a whole wheat wrap! (1 small wrap is a yellow) This makes a few servings! Add onions and relish too if you like.
